ALONG THE TRAIN OF LIFE...NOVEMBER, 2018

SHALOM !
HOLIDAY TIME, XMAS OR CHANUKAH, IS WONDERFUL AND YET, ALSO STRESSFUL TO MANY!
LET' S PAUSE FOR A MOMENT, AND CONCENTRATE ON HOW LUCKY WE ARE, SICK IN WHATEVER DEGREE, TO BE ALIVE AT THIS MOMENT. WE HAVE THE 'NOW' BEFORE US.
TIME TO CALL OUR FRIENDS, OUR LOVED ONES FROM FAR AND NEAR, TO THINK AND MEDITATE OF ALL WE TO  ARE GRATEFUL FOR. WHAT A CHALLENGE IT IS:TO BE POSITIVE: ALL IS NOT O'KAY, NOR PERFECT. LET'S TAKE A FEW MINUTES DAILY TO THINK OF WHAT IS GOOD,RIGHT NOW FOR US INDIVIDUALLY. AS A PEOPLE, WHAT WE HAVE ENDURED AND ARE STILL HERE IN THE NOW!
I SEND US ALL SPARKS OF LIFE, OF LAUGHTER, OF LATKES, OR CANDLES GLOWING WITHIN OUR HOMES AND AROUND US. SOMEHOW, I DIDN'T GET TO WRITE AT BEGINNING OF THE MONTH.  IT SEEMS THAT TO MANY OF US, OUR STATE, BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY CHANGES OFTEN, AND NOT ALWAYS TO THE GOOD.
AND THEN: WE ARE IN SHOCK, ANGRY, AFRAID. BUT THEN WE MUST CATCH OURSELVES, AND YES BE UPSET, BUT REMEMBERING: 'I HAVE NOW, TODAY, TO BE THANKFUL AND COUNT WHATEVER IS GOOD AND WONDERFUL IN OUR LIVES. YESTERDAY IS GONE-WE CAN'T CHANGE ANY OF THAT. NO WOULD HAVE, SHOULD HAVES WILL HELP. TOMORROW IS UNKNOWN! BUT WE ARE ALIVE TODAY IN THE NOW! LET'S LIVE IT AS BEST WE CAN! BE NICE TO OURSELVES! PAMPER OURSELVES! REACH OUT TO OTHERS-THAT ALWAYS MAKES US FEEL BETTER OURSELVES! LIVE TH ENOW!
NONE OF US WANTS TO GET OFF OF THE 'TRAIN OF LIFE'. WE KNOW IT IS COMING TO ALL MANKIND, HOWEVER HEALTHY HE/SHE IS.

I WISH ALL OF US AN EASY FALL AND WINTER, WITH GOOD EVENTS AND DAYS FILLED WITH THINGS WE LIKE TO DO. LET'S USE PRAYER, MEDITATION, FRIENDS, EXERCISE, GOOD HEALTHY EATING, anything THAT HELPS US TO GET BY AND LIVE AND ENJOY!

SEPT. 26/18 HOLDING ON TO OUR PLACE ON THE TRAIN

SHALOM DEAR READERS:

WE ARE IN THE MIDST OF OUR HOLY DAYS, AND ARE CONSTANTLY AWARE OF THE WORDS, THAT IN THIS TIME PERIOD, WE ARE JUDGED IF TO LIVE OR TO DIE, TO SUFFER OR TO ENJOY GOOD HEALTH, ETC. FOR THOSE OF US WHO ARE FACING NEW SETBACKS AND/OR VERY DIFFICULT SITUATIONS, IT CAN BE A SAD AND REFLECTIVE MODE OF LIVING.

AS I HAVE OFTEN REFERRED TO THE 'TRAIN OF LIFE'. WE ARE ALL ON BOARD, SOME PEOPLE GET OFF AS THEIR TIME HAS PASSED. WE HANG ON TO OUR SEARS AND HOPE TO STAY ON THIS TRAIN FOR AS LONG AS WE CAN. IT IS MOST DIFFICULT TO THINK THAT WE TOO WILL HAVE TO GET OFF OF THE TRAIN AT SOME POINT. BUT SO MUCH WISH TO BE THERE WITH OUR FAMILIES, OUR LOVED ONES, WITH LIFE.

I HAVE NO GOOD ANSWERS; A FACT OF LIFE IS THAT WE ARE HERE FOR A LIMITED TIME, THE RICH, THE POOR, THE WONDERUL  PEOPLE, THE UNFORTUNATE, THE WEALTHY, THE POOR, THE TZADIKIM, ETC.

AND SO, I KEEP REMINDING MYSELF AND ALL OF US TO BE GRATEFUL FOR THE 'NOW'. WE HAVE TODAY, TO SOMEHOW SOAK IN THE GOOD OF THIS WORLD. LIVE NOW. TOMORROW IS GONE, NONE OF US KNOW THE FUTURE (EVEN THE HEALTHY ONES). BUT LET'S COUNT OUR BLESSINGS TODAY, AND MAKE THE MOST OF IT. BY GIVING TO OTHERS AND NOT ONLY TO OURSELVES, WE CAN BE FILLED WITH SATISFACTION AND ABUNDANCE. LET'S JOT DOWN EVERY GOOD ELEMENT IN OUR LIVES- ONCE A DAY, ONCE A WEEK- TO BE AWARE OF WHAT WE HAVE. MAYBE WE HAVE NOT ALLOWED OURSELVES TO ENJOY MORE, TO LOVE MORE, TO RELAX MORE, TO GIVE OF OURSELVES MORE. PAIN AND THE SERIOUSNESS OF ILLNESS MAKES IT DIFFICULT AND SOMETIMES IMPOSSIBLE TO ZERO IN ON THE GOODNESS IN LIFE!

MAY PRAYER FOR ALL OF US IS TO TAKE CARE OF OURSELVES AS BEST WE CAN, TO LIVE AND ENJOY DESPITE THE NEGATIVES. G. BLESS ALL OF US ON OUR TRAIN OF LIFE. HOPEFULLY, WE WILL CONNECT AGAIN AT THE END OF OCTOBER.

AUG. 19, 2018 ALONG THE TRAIN OF LIFE, THANK G.

SHALOM!
HERE WE ARE IN THE MONTH OF ELUL, APPROACHING ROSH HASHANA, THE NEW YEAR. WE HAVE OUR HOPES, OUR FEARS, OUR REALITY, AND YET.........ALL ACROSS THE GLOBE, WE ARE ALL PRAYING TO CONTINUE OUR TRAIN OF LIFE, DESPITE THE HARDSHIPS, DISAPPOINTMENTS AND FEARS. HOPEFULLY, WE ARE AWARE TO 'SEIZE THE MOMENT' TODAY, NOW, TO FEEL GRATITUDE FOR TODAY, FOR NOW. THE PAST HAS GONE AND FUTURE NO ONE KNOWS, EVEN THE 'HEALTHY' ONES. BUT TODAY, WE CAN FEEL THANKFUL, HOPEFUL AND SOMEHOW TO SMILE ALONG THE WAY. NOW I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY WE WOULD FIND OUR MOTHERS, OUR GRANDMOTHERS CRYING IN THE SYNAGOGUE, DURING HIGH HOLIDAY PRAYERS AND CERTAINLY ON YOM KIPPUR. INTERNALLY WE MAY BE CRYING AT TIMES, AND EVEN EXTERNALLY. AS WE DON'T KNOW OUR FUTURE. BUT WILL IT HELP TO DWELL DAY AND NIGHT ON THE NEGATIVE? NO, CAN WE FOCUS OURSELVES, WITH DETERMINATION TO LIVE TODAY AS BEST WE CAN, EVEN IF WE STUMBLE WITH FEARS.
I WISH ALL OF US THE CAPABILITY TO ADAPT TO WHERE WE ARE, AND TO GRAB EACH SECOND, EACH MOMENT OF GOOD TIMES THAT WE CAN CREATE FOR OURSELVES-WHETHER WE CHOOSE TO WATCH TV, OR READ, OR SURROUND OURSELVES WITH FRIENDS OR GRANDCHILDREN, OR TO JUST BE, AND SMELL THE FLOWERS,  AND NATURE IN ITS BLOOM.

THERE MUST BE A REASON FOR ONE PHYSICAL AILMENT AFTER ANOTHER ATTACHING ITSELF TO MY BODY.  IS IT A REMINDER FOR ME TO ALWAYS REMEMBER TO FOCUS ON GRATITUDE EACH AND EVERY MOMENT?  WHEN WE ARE FEELING GREAT, WE TEND TO FORGET JUST HOW FORTUNATE WE ARE TO BE ALIVE AND FUNCTIONING.
 CAN I/WE REMEMBER TO TAKE THE PAIN, THE HURT, THE TOTAL AGONY OF ILLNESS AND STILL FOCUS ON BEING HERE TODAY, AT THIS TIME IN THIS BODY, IN THIS WORLD, AND STILL SAY THANK YOU. AT LEAST I HAVE .............

IT TAKES HARD CONCENTRATION TO DO SAY WHEN IN PAIN OR MENTAL DISTRESS. BUT..... WE ARE STILL ALIVE TO FUNCTION, TO SAY THANK YOU TO THE UNIVERSE, TO THE ALMIGHTY, AND SEE THE GOOD IN THE WORLD. THIS IS A TOUGH CALL TO FULFILL. THAT IS WHY WRITING A BOOK OF ABUNDANCE DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY, AS WE FEEL THE NEED AND DESIRE TO  NOTE THE GOOD WONDERFUL THINGS IN OUR LIVES RIGHT NOW, DESPITE.....

I WISH ALL OF YOU READERS AND MYSELF THE STRENGTH TO TAKE CARE OF OURSELVES, BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY, AND TO FEEL THE PAIN , BUT TO

JUNE 2, 2018 ALONG LIFE'S JOURNEY

JULY HAS ARRIVED-SUMMER, FUN, TIME OFF, ALONG WITH OUR TRAVELS MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY ON OUR TRAIN OF LIFE.  LIFE IS NOT ALWAYS A PICNIC, TO SAY THE LEAST. I HAVE DECIDED THAT MY ONGOING TRIALS KEEP REMINDING ME OF LIFE'S BREVITY, AND HOW MUCH I MUST FOCUS ON 'GRATITUDE', MY KEY WORD NOW IN MY LIFE.

GRATITUDE FOR BEING HERE TODAY, TO BREATHE TO FEEL LIFE, TO SOAK IN EACH AND EVERY GOOD EVENT-TO BREATHE IN THE FLOWERS THE GREENERY, OUR FAMILY MEMBERS, NEW BABIES BORN, SUCCESSES AND EVEN FAILURES..... BUT WE CAN'T CHANGE WHAT WAS YESTERDAY, NO MATTER HOW WE MIGHT LIKE TO. WE CERTAINLY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS COMING IN THE FUTURE.

BUT.......WE HAVE TODAY TO BE THANKFUL, TO BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT WE DO HAVE, ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER CHANCE TO GIVE TO OTHERS, TO GIVE TO OURSELVES, TO THANK THE UNIVERSE FOR ANOTHER CHANCE TO HAVE SOME IMPACT ON OUR WORLD, HOWEVER SMALL  AN ACT.

ALONG WITH GRATITUDE, I AM ATTACHING 'TO SMILE' AT EACH PERSON THATWE MEET. A SMILE CAN LIGHT UP A LIFE, AND IN TURN MAKES US FEEL GOOD TOO. WE MAKE OTHERS HAPPY BY OUR SMILE OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, AND WE ARE HAPPY
OURSELVES BY OUR ACT.

BELIEVE ME I KNOW THAT WE ARE ACHING AND FACING OUR OWN PERSONAL HARDSHIPS OF PAIN AND WORRY, THAT IT IS NOT EASY. WE ALL HAVE MOMENTS AND EVEN HOURS OF DISTRESS AND PAIN, BUT.... LET US PICK OURSELVES UP AS MUCH AS WE CAN AND BE GRATEFUL, AND RELISH IN THE NOW, TODAY THAT I AM STILL ON THIS PLANET TO BE SOMEWHAT HELPFUL, AND ALWAYS GRATEFUL.

I WISH US ALL BETTER HEALTH, AND A GRATEFUL HEART AS WE GREET EACH DAY.. UNTIL NEXT MONTH'S BLOG, G. WILLING.

3 M'S this JUNE, 2018 ALONG LIFE'S JOURNEY

HELLO TO MYSELF AND ANY DEAR READERS:

I FEEL THE NEED TO FOCUS MYSELF ON ME, MY MIND, MINDFULNESS/MEDITATION.
ME: ALWAYS DOING, RUNNING, PLANNING, WORRYING-THE LIST COULD GO ON ENDLESSLY.
MY MIND IS ALWAYS WORRYING ABOUT WHAT WAS, WHAT IS, WHAT WILL BE-MAYBE, MAYBE, AND WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN.
ALL SO FRUITLESS, YET HUMAN WORKINGS ON ONESELF.

AGAIN, I REMIND MYSELF: WOULD ALL THE WORRYING, PLANNING, WHAT IF'S -CAN THEY CHANGE WHAT IS TO BE? NO, BUT IT CERTAINLY CAUSES STRESS, AGING AND UNHAPPINESS.

AND SO I GO ON TO TRY TO BE MINDFUL OF WHAT I THINK, OF WHAT I DO, AND OF WHAT I PLAN. CAN I SLOW MYSELF DOWN, SIT AND BREATHE AND JUST 'BE'? WILL A QUIET YOGA POSE RELAX ME? CAN I CLOSE MY EYES AND JUST BE-WHY IT IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL DAY-HOW CAN I HELP MYSELF ENJOY IT? SLOW DOWN, SLOW DOWN. DWELL ON THE GOOD, PRACTICE MY GRATITUDE JOURNAL, WHICH I DO AT RANDOM, BUT AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK.

 LOOK WHAT I HAVE TODAY, RIGHT NOW. TOMORROW WILL COME AND DO WHAT IT MUST. BUT AT LEAST I (MEANING WE ALL THROUGH THIS DISCUSSION) HAVE THIS MOMENT IN TIME, IN LIFE. HOW LUCKY WE ARE TO HAVE ........... EACH ONE HAS HIS/HER SPECIAL MEANINGFUL SITUATIONS OVER AND ABOVE THE TOUGH STUFF WE ARE FACED WITH.

MAY 13-2018 AND LIFE CONTINUES, THANK G.

AS LIFE ROLLS ON, WE ARE WITNESS TO SPECIAL MOMENTS AND TO SOME UNHAPPY TIMES. THAT IS THE NATURE OF LIFE-HILLS AND VALLEYS IN OUR LIVES AND IN THE MOVEMENT HERE ON THIS PLANET.

I TALKED ABOUT ACCEPTANCE LAST MONTH. SO MUCH EASIER TO DO WHEN WE HAVE LITTLE PAIN. BUT SOMEHOW WE MUST RIDE THE WAVES, GET SOME MEDICATION IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, AND CONCENTRATE ON WHAT MAKES US HAPPY, EVEN MOMENTARILY.  IS IT A GOOD BOOK OR VISITING OVER COFFEE AND MORE WITH FRIENDS, OR YOUR FAVORITE FAMILY MEMBER, OR TREATING OURSELVES AS A SPECIAL PERSON, AND DOING WHAT PLEASES US, NO MATTER WHAT OTHERS TELL US TO DO AND FEEL.

YES, ACCEPTANCE DOES NOT MEAN THINGS ARE OR WILL BE PERFECT. BUT WE LIVE IN AN IMPERFECT WORLD.  BEAUTY IS THERE FOR US TO FIND IN THIS WORLD-WHETHER IT BE LISTENING TO THE CHIRPING OF THE SPRING BIRDS, WATCHING IN AWE AT THE FLOWERING GARDENS AND FIELDS, TAKING A DAY FOR OURSELVES-NO EXPLANATIONS NEEDED-TO REST, TO VEGETATE. TO WATCH YOUR FAVORITE TV SHOW, YOU NAME IT- IT IS WAITING THERE FOR YOU AND ME TO REACH OUT AND CLAIM IT FOR OURSELVES. THE REALITY OF PAIN MAY BE THERE-PERFECTION ISN'T NEEDED. TIME TO PAMPER OURSELVES IN WHATEVER SPEAKS TO US.

AND SO, AS SUMMER APPROACHES US WITH ITS BEAUTY OF SEASONS AND ITS DOWNSIDE OF PERHAPS BEING TOO HOT FOR SOME OF US. BUT LIFE IS RIGHT OUT THERE FOR US TO GRAB-WE CAN'T CHANGE WHAT WAS, WE DON'T KNOW THE FUTURE, BUT WE HAVE RIGHT NOW-TO LIVE AS BEST WE CAN. WE COUNT IN THE SCHEME OF THINGS, AND LET'S CLAIM WHAT IS GOOD FOR US!

WISHING US ALL TO FEEL BETTER, EVEN WELL, AND TO SURF THOSE WAVES OF DIFFICULTY, AND DRAW OUT THE MEANINGFUL BEAUTIFUL THINGS WE WANT AT THIS TIME.

APRIL, 2018 LIFE'S JOURNEY CONTINUES, THANK G.

AFTER A DIFFICULT MONTH OF A WRENCHED SHOULDER, WITH PAIN GALORE, AND MUCH FATIGUE, MY THINKING HAS NOW BEEN FOCUSED ON 'ACCEPTANCE'.

CAN I DWELL ON ACCEPTING WHERE I AM AT, AND NOT FALLING INTO DEPRESSION AND BEING 'REALLY DOWN',  .....         OR CAN I ACCEPT THAT THIS IS WHERE IT'S AT? GETTING OLDER, THANKFULLY, BUT FEELING MUCH STRENGTH EBBING OUT OF ME.

AT THE SAME TIME, FRIENDS AND ACQUAINTANCES AROUND ME ARE ILL AND ARE DYING. THEORETICALLY, WE ALL KNOW THAT THIS IS THE FATE OF ALL ANIMALS, OF NATURE'S HABITAT, -TO LIVE, TO SHINE, AND EVENTUALLY TO DIE.

WE THINK THAT 'OTHERS' GET REALLY SICK AND DIE, BUT WE? WE ARE STILL YOUNG INSIDE, AND 'MILES TO GO BEFORE WE SLEEP.' WE WISH TO LIVE AND TO ENJOY LIFE WITH ALL ITS PITFALLS, BUT ALSO WITH ALL ITS WONDERS-FAMILY, CHILDREN, BABIES, GRANDCHILDREN.

AND SO, DEAR READERS, LET US THINK AND SOMEHOW SOLVE OR TRY TO SOLVE FOR OURSELVES THAT the art of acceptance! WHERE ARE ARE RIGHT NOW, AND SOMEHOW COME TO TERMS WITH THE FINALITY OF LIFE, HOPEFULLY BEING FAR OFF, BUT ENABLING US TO 'ENDURE' AND RISE ABOVE THE PAIN,THE DISAPPOINTMENT, THE ANGUISH OF NOT BEING WHAT WE ONCE WERE!

THAT IS MY CHALLENGE AND I DARE SAY THE CHALLENGE OF ALL OF US!

AS WE MEET OUR TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS ALONG OUR TRAIN RIDE THRU' LIFE, ARE WE WEIGHED DOWN BY SADNESS, WORRYING, CRYING, KVETCHING, AND DESPONDENCY. THAT IS A CHOICE WE CAN AND OFTEN MAKE, ME INCLUDED.
BUT.....CAN WE TEACH OURSELVES TO BE HAPPY RIGHT NOW TODAY, DESPITE ALL, TO BE THANKFUL FOR BEING ALIVE, FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO LEAN ON SOMEWHAT, FOR G. LETTING US APPRECIATE THE WARM SUNNY DAYS AS THEY COME, THE BUDDING FLOWERS, THE DAILY MIRACLES WE WITNESS OR HEAR ABOUT?

WE DO HAVE A CHOICE -TO LINGER IN THE 'MUCK' OF OUR LIVES, OR TO SOAR WITH WHAT WE HAVE RIGHT NOW, AT THIS MOMENT, IN THIS WONDROUS DAY OF CREATION! IT IS SO EASY TO STAY DOWN IN THE VALLEY WITH OUR ACHES AND PAINS, AND IT TAKES DETERMINATION TO SOAR UP AND SEE THAT RIGHT NOW, TODAY, WE HAVE .........   EACH OF US CAN AND I SUGGEST TO DO, A CONCRETE LIST IN FRONT OF US OF ALL THAT WE DO HAVE GOING FOR US AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME. IT TAKES COURAGE TO DO THIS AND TO STAY IN A MORE UPBEAT MOOD AND TEMPO.

I , FOR ONE, TEND TO FALL DOWN WHEN THINGS ARE DIFFICULT. BUT I AM TRYING NOW TO DAILY SAY 'THANK YOU, G' FOR MY RISING TODAY, FOR SEEING THIS BEAUTIFUL WORLD, DESPITE ITS VERY UNPLEASANT HAPPENINGS . WHAT DO WE SAY

HOW ARE WE FARING ON THE SCALE OF HOPE, OPTIMISM TODAY? ARE WE THINKING AND FEELING NEGATIVITY DUE TO OUR PAINS, AND TRIALS, AND LONELINESS? HOW DID I GUESS?  ONLY BECAUSE WE ARE ALL HUMAN, AND IT IS SO EASY TO BE DOWN IN THE DUMPS AND NEGATIVE. I HAVE BEEN THERE, AND STILL FALL THERE. BUT I HEARD A WONDERFUL LECTURE RE 'MAKING OURSELVES HAPPY', AND THUS, I AM REFOCUSING MY NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND HOPING TO DAILY REMEMBER WHAT GOOD DO I HAVE IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW! NOT WHAT WAS IN THE PAST, BUT WHAT DO I HAVE -SOME FAMILY, A GOOD FRIEND OR FRIENDS, A HOME TO BE IN, SOME NATURE TO ADMIRE AND BE PART OF, SOME HOPE FOR MYSELF AND OTHERS TO RISE ABOVE SELF PITY AND TO 'SOAK IN' THE POSITIVE .
CAN WE CHOOSE HAPPINESS OVER SADNESS, DESPITE OUR TRIALS AND PAINS, AND YES, THEY ARE THERE. BUT WE ARE ALIVE TODAY, AT THIS MOMENT, AND MAYBE G. IS NOT FINISHED WITH US YET. WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP MYSELF, TO APPRECIATE THE BEAUTY AROUND ME, THE GOOD IN THE WORLD, TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE?

SO, MY CHALLENGE TO MYSELF AND TO YOU, DEAR READER, IS LET'S SEE IF WE CAN MENTALLY AND EVEN IN WRITING TO NOTE ALL THE GOOD HAPPENINGS OR FEELINGS THAT MAKE US HAPPY EVEN FOR A FEW MOMENTS!

FEB. 2018-THANK G. STILL ALONG MY JOURNEY OF LIFE!

 FIRST OF ALL, TO WISH ALL OF US A GOOD WEEK IN THIS NEW MONTH OF FEBRUARY, 2018. I WISH FOR ALL OF US WHILE WE COPE WITH LIFE AND ITS UPS AND DOWNS, ITS HILLS AND VALLEYS, FOR THE COURAGE TO KEEP GOING, TO KEEP OUR SPIRITS FOCUSED ON WHAT WE DO HAVE RIGHT NOW, TODAY, THAT GIVES UP INSPIRATION TO CONTINUE ON, DESPITE WHATEVER WE HAVE TO COPE WITH.

 YESTERDAY IS GONE, NO ONE KNOWS WHAT LIES IN THE FUTURE, SO LET'S TAKE THIS MOMENT, THIS DAY TO BREATHE AND SMILE AND TO FORGE AHEAD. LET'S DO SOMETHING NICE FOR OURSELVES-PHONE A FRIEND, READ AND RELAX, MEDITATE, TAKE A SOOTHING SHOWER OR BATH, AND JUST 'BE'. WE ARE ALIVE NOW- LET'S TAKE A SPECIAL LOOK AT WHAT WE DO HAVE, RATHER THAN WHAT WE DON'T HAVE.

SOMEHOW, WRITING HELPS ONE TO SEE ON PAPER, WHAT GOOD AND WONDERFUL THINGS ARE IN OUR PERSONAL PICTURE. I HAVE AN ABUNDANCE LIST-I ENTER ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK  5 GOOD THINGS THAT I HAVE IN MY LIFE TODAY, RIGHT NOW. I CAN ALWAYS LOOK BACK AND SEE JUST HOW MUCH I REALLY HAVE, DESPITE THE NEGATIVES, WHICH I DON'T  LIST. I HAVE FOUND THAT THIS IS A GOOD WAY TO READ AND RE-READ OUR GOOD BLESSINGS. TRY IT ONCE!
